I have a special recipe to cook a good man, the only thing you need is the essence of a nice working man (pieces of nails, hair of the beard, foam making while showering) and a cracked egg.
Put everything on an oven fret, put the cracked egg in the center and cook at 325 F during 15 min.
Egg will absorb the potion and will close. Very carefully, take the egg from oven and put it in the middle of the fridge. Make sure you remove everything inside and leave enough room for your new man to grow. Wait 1 day and see what happens!
