Rocco had such expressive eyes. Often I could feel I was able to understand what he was thinking, just by looking at his eyes. I took this photo in Mexico, the same year we decided to leave and become immigrants. I don’t remember what he was looking at here, but I wish to imagine this is the face he would do if he knew he was coming to leave so far away.
